What is relational, mindfulness-based Body Psychotherapy?
Body Psychotherapy is touching and integrating
all aspects of the inner life - the body, mind, spirituality, intellect and intuition. There is much more than the spoken work to explore and communicate, the body remembers sometimes much more than the mind and reminds us of being present and alive every single moment.
Being aware in the present, being related to oneself and the other and flowing with the natural movement between the self-referencing, autobiographical awareness and present-oriented awareness within the context of a human interaction, sensitive to time, place and culture is my main emphasis in therapeutical work.
